Worst florist I have ever come across! Will send you whatever they have in stock even if it completely different to what you ordered without as much as a phone call or email. Ordered corsages, white Rose on a pearl bracelet which specifies on the website 'as shown in image but got 3 small roses on a black tacky bracelet. Manager refuses to call you to deal with complaint and if you are lucky to catch him on the phone is completely rude and unhelpful. DO NOT waste your money and time buying from here!

Ordered flowers for my mother birthday and paid extra for chocolate and balloons. Not only did she not receive them on time but the balloons were deflated. When I called to complain, I suggested I would for the balloons as they were no longer needed. Lady on the phone said her supervisor would call me for this. Not only have they not returned any of my calls, I still haven't got a refund.

Having placed an online order for a floral tribute I was worried when I then read some negative reviews. I shouldn't have bothered reading them! This florist is fantastic. The tribute they made was excellent, everybody loved it. The tribute was delivered on time, right across to the other side of London. I have nothing but praise for this company. If you need a floral tribute made by people who know what they are doing and who deliver on their promises, Making Scents is a great choice. I strongly recommend them.
