The rudest person answering the phone! I simply requested a nice bunch of flowers to be held for me and she retorted 'if you like it you buy it if you don't like it, don't buy it'. Customer Service non existent!!!!

Upstairs (inside Victoria Place) my experience has always been good, they are far more better then online and any other florist shop in Pimlico/Victoria in terms of quality and in terms of price, can't complain about anything, they have always been polite to me, they also do dimonti in the roses, tend to go for roses and this is the perfect place for me go to on valentines day and anniversary etc. Hope my experiences always stay positive & hope this business thrives as it deserve to, surely it should be 5 stars on google!

Really bad costumer service , advertised as a Interflora service while actually you can’t contact anyone at anytime to make any order..... I’ve been trying to ring for 10 times at list . Really disappointed. Shop to avoid for any kind of order ..... I guess it will be a different story if you pick a bunch of flower on your way to the tube or train after work ..... shame as I purchased flowers from them before 👎👎

Non existent customer service and rather unhelpful staff. Will make sure to shop elsewhere as surely my custom was not very welcomed here.
