I ordered a bouquet on the 14th of February, paid the same day delivery fee, and at the end of the day here is what I got, a beautiful bouquet of invisible flowers. For just 42 pounds. Isn't the service amazingly surprising? Magic. Now, another magic trick they did is disappearing from the face of the planet, there is absolutely no way to contact them. I wonder if I'll ever be able to see my 42 pounds.. If I only knew they were magicians...

I would give a zero star if I could. Tried to place an order for Valentines Day - driver never tried to contact recipient. Was guaranteed if I placed a second order, they will do same day delivery and refund the first. Neither orders were delivered. Company's voicemail was full and never picked up the phone despite being supposedly open 24 hours. Terrible experience - would recommend NEVER to buy. Full of empty promises.

A Valentine’s Day rip off.

I order fairly regularly from these guys.  They are normally very good.

However, when I ordered Valentine’s Day flowers, they turned up and the bouquet was really small despite the fact that I had paid for the largest size that they do.  The bouquet was probably about half the size of their normal Deluxe bouquets.

I can only assume that they thought that they could rip loyal customers off by supplying half the flowers for the same price, simply because it was Valentine’s Day.  Disappointed.

Flowers came and they were lovely, however the vase that was ordered did not arrive. The delivery driver was called & it was promised that the vase would be ordered later that evening. 2 hours later we called them and they assured us it would be delivered. Midnight came & went and we gave up hope. We emailed the next day demanding a refund for the mishap and for wasting our evening & we received no reply. 5 days later we called up & they assured us they would call us back with a reply. Still nothing. Awful company, awful service, would not recommend.

I’ve ordered a lot from this place for my bridal showroom but unfortunately the last roses I received were in horrible condition & when asked for either a refund or replacement I have been ignored. I’ll probably end up trying to find another florist to order from as I truly value good customer service & have been greatly let down on this occasion. I also believe a company should value their returning customers (i typically order weekly or biweekly approx £80.00 at a time).
