usually an ok service, does tend to be late quite often, ordered a taxi for 5:35pm, didnt get text till 5:45 saying my taxi was here, fair enough 10 minutes... but i had been stood out side since 5:30 and there was never a taxi arrive? wrong address? even though i booked it online with house number and post code? i dunno. didn't even bother to ring me. assume they just drove off, if they ever arrived at all?

Usually great service but today (weekday early evening) took the same journey as last weekend (late Saturday evening) and they tried to charge more than double for the journey! Make sure the driver turns on the meter, he was trying to fleece us today.

Booked last night for a hospital appointment this morning, and didn't show or even send a taxi, even though had a text saying they were on their way!! Shocking!!

Had to wait half hr for them to arrive at airport after long flight because they hadn’t checked traffic ... dirty car, awful phone operator .. never again!

Rang 45 minutes ahead of time to be told I could have a Taxi at midnight, still waiting in the cold 20 minutes later. It’s not acceptable. If I’d been told it wasn’t possible to have a Taxi at that time I would have made other arrangements. Very disappointed
