We pre booked two taxis and neither of them arrived. You can’t contact them the app is useless and this is an absolute rip off. Mark my words do not book through these
Terrible ordered a taxi at 5pm yesterday two payment were taken from my bank no taxi turned up even though it stated 2 cars were on route , no one answers the phone abserlutely dire company !
Google will not allow me to leave zero stars as a review, but that's my true score. Appalling service. Pre-booked a taxi using the app at 18:10 for 19:10 the same evening. Taxi did not arrive. Tried to call them, only to be greeted by an automated message saying "Our phone lines are off-line, please use the app". The app had no contact function, other than to ring the same automated number. I then received a message saying the taxi ad been dispatched at 19:35, by which time I had been collected by a rival taxi firm. As a result of Parade's non-existent service, I was late for my restaurant reservation. Will never be using them again. Avoid at all costs.
Hopeless. Have had pre-booked taxis cancelled minutes before they were due and pre-booked taxis show up half an hour !! Late with no explanation. Trying to call the company to check what the issue is isn't possible as their phones seem to be offline much of the time. Would be better saving your money and walking - wouldn't use again or recommend.
Pre booked a taxi the day before, to arrive at a specific time. Added into the notes it was crucial to be on time or advise of delays as it was for onward train travel. The taxi was 15 minutes away from us at the requested collection time so we would have missed our train. Had to drive ourself in the end and pay £30 for weekend parking in town. Also, not able to call them since rebranding from Airline Taxi’s. Avoid!!
I pre booked a taxi for 8:50 this morning payed for it and it never showed up making me late for work
Having pre arranged a taxi 4hrs in advance - I was then notified 4 mins before departure that my booking was cancelled. Totally unacceptable- what’s the point in having a pre-booked service if no priority is given to those who plan in advance! AVOID called to complain but offered no alternative solution!
Used app to order a taxi at 23:10hrs, paid via the app but it didn’t state how long it would be. Tried to track taxi but it didn’t seem to work. Phoned company but got no answer. Eventually gave up and got a taxi with another company. Parade taxi turned up at 01:23hrs!!!! I obviously wasn’t there but they charged me. Ridiculous and scandalous.
Had a terrible experience. We pre booked but still turned up 20 minutes late. Driver in such a rush he set off before all of us had actually got in the car & the car ran over 1 of our parties foot as she was just putting on her face covering before she got in the car. She had to shout at the driver to reverse to get the car off her foot. The only saving grace was the driver didn't charge us for the journey.
To cut a long story short our driver on a pick up from Leeds Bradford Airport was falling asleep at the wheel. This was at 4pm in the afternoon. I was with my wife and two children 3&1 and mother in law at the time, I took my mother in law home as I couldn't risk sending her off with the driver. I emailed Airline Taxi to get a response to this 5 days ago and despite the severity of the above have been ignored. Use at your own risk
