I had tried various online distributors to purchase a 200 litre tank. Each helpline drew a blank and was cut off from most as lines were too busy. Those I was able to contact only have a ‘kerbside’ delivery and are not insured to deliver into the property. I am disabled and my husband unable to assist with lifting heavy objects. I decided to contact our local aquatic centre in Worcester. Rachel to the rescue! Not only did she negotiate free delivery and help with wheelchair in store, she arranged a delivery inside the property. She was knowledgeable enough to discuss and show how the new filtration system worked, she advised what fish to put with our existing fish as we are upgrading to a bigger tank. She suggested ways of making it easier to keep water and ph levels correct. Finally I left with some strong plastic bags to put any fish that need rehoming into... something I have been researching and drawing a blank with for weeks. The lady is a star! Many many thanks. We need more Rachel’s help.

Absolutely terrible. The tanks all looked filthy and the amount of dead and sick fish was awful needless to say we didn't purchase anything or stay long
