Having been here several times the staff are very helpful and knowledgable and take the time out to help and assist with questions and troubleshooting fish keeping issues.  

One issue is the pricing and markup is a little high. I have Compared several items from other large aquatics suppliers and also online and Maidenhead Aquatics are at least 20% more expensive than the others and this is on dry goods, this could be down to no other real competition in the area. 

Fish on the other hand can be more expensive on certain fish but others are very well priced. 
Its very hit and miss.

Overall a great place to go, just know what you are buying :).
And the staff are brilliant.

I Purchased an Aqua Oak 150 and it looks fantastic and the staff at Grantham could not be more helpful, advised me with the setup and what products to buy.Many thanks to Annie and Sam for all their help.

A lovely aquatic store but the advice on fish stock compatibility leaves a lot to be desired im afraid to report. I brought 18 tetras to add to my tank and only 10 have survived so far 24 hours in. The angel fish enjoyed the feast 😰
