To be frank the display tanks look great but have always had very unhelpful, gruff staff and seem like they would rather be doing anything but their job. Only speaking from experience mind and am sure there are great staff working there. In addition, bought 3 male guppies the other week (very overpriced too) and got them home to discover we had been sold a guppy with fin rot even though they claim to never sell ill animals. Anyway instead of contacting them only for them to probably dispose of this fish, I decided to leave it and nurse the fish back to health myself. I would definitely say that I have had better experiences in other stores.

An amazing shop - one of the best I've been too. Endless choice of livestock. Amazing display tanks. Tonnes of gear. A visit to this shop is a must.

Really unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Have actually been a few times but won't go again. One person said it's cruel to provide environmental enrichment to your fish in the form of working out how to get food. My wife asked for some snails, they said 'we never give anyone snails', well that's not true as they gave them to us once before, could go on about their unhelpfulness and lack of knowledge but we just won't go back. Shame as the maidenhead in bridgend and wenvoe have amazing staff who can't do enough to help. Have complained before directly to company but nothing has changed.
