I work all over the south uk and regularly visit the maidenhead aquatics close to sites. The is by far the best one. A much wider range of fish and the staff are friendly and welcoming and always have time to answer trivial questions. You can clearly see their passion for the hobby shining through with everything they say. Would defiantly recommend

Overpriced, dead fish in tanks, poor corals and staff that are more interested in chatting then serving.

Don't even deserve a star, one of the staff members there had an absolutely disgusting attitude with my parents after them spending nearly 100 pounds worth of fish for them all to end up dying and then killing the fish we already had. They wouldn't do anything about it or wouldn't even replace the fish. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Went there to get a new fish tank seen one i liked on sale.
When i got home i noticed the box has been opened. On closer inspection i noticed the tank had a missive crack in it and the pump was put in tank not in its box.
 It was clearly a return that was damaged and they decided to put it back up for sale !!
Staff did not apologise and no please or thank you .

Seeing all these bad reveiws really upset me i have never gone anywhere else for my fish, the store is always well kept, the staff freindly and the fish health is always imaculate , the saddest part about most of these poor reviews could have been sorted if the people went to the staff with these problems the staff would have done anything with in there power to help them out
