Not only was the order 30 minutes late, with no apology (to a pregnant woman this is an extra long time) but the 2 out 3 meals ordered were wrong. Chicken tikka was not only cold but didn't come with salad & sauce as advertised. Ordered chicken nuggets & got chicken on the bone with donner meat, not acceptable for a 2 year old! Chips tasted like rubber. Absolutly fuming! Will not be ordering again, rubbish place!!!!!!

I consider myself as a good customer here and recommend this service to everyone I know as the best in town, ordering through just eat isn't the way!!!!! Wrong in every way!!! Cold, unfulfilled order!! Ordered special ended up with donner!!! Absolute shambles!! 
I understand mistakes and believe that your as good as the way you handle them, in this case piss poor!! 
Never taking my money again, didn't even receive a reply to my missfilled order!!! 
Good food poor service!!

well I've been eating from there for 8 years they been good over the years and.last night had 2 meals and they was long hairs in it the bloke on phone is new very rude just kept ed putting phone down and my boyfriend then rang them mager  rang back was very rude will not be eating ever again from here rude customer service very lucky trading standards  are not coming it

Me and my partner have ordered from maid marian a few times in the past without any problems. Last night we ordered food and one of the items were wrong when it arrived so I rang the shop back and they told me I would have my correct food in the next 20 minutes because they only had one driver last night or something. 

I decided to just wait for my correct food to arrive, however an HOUR later it still wasn't here so I rang them back up and the man on the phone said (and I quote this) "oh yeah I forgot about that".

I was told that it would be sent out and be with me in the next 10 minutes. I am really unhappy with the service and pure disregard and lack of care from the staff. My boyfriend ate his food at 10pm and I didn't even get to eat mine until about 11.20pm. Its ridiculous and I will not be using this company again.

Best takeaway in Mansfield town centre staff is very polite and the food is awesome I recommend to  very body....
