Since receiving text messages stating they are no longer on "just eat" their overall standards seem to have dropped alot. Fries are awful, pizzas are decent but at those prices I might as well use Dominos, Pizza hut or Pappa Johns, all of which are much nicer and better quality. Last time i used these i collected myself as previous deliverys took 90 to 120 minutes. I was over charged by £3.20 on a two item order which should of come to £8.40. It was after midnight and i think they thought I'd just came from the pub and was drunk, the owner ended up stuttering and fumbling with his calculator, was obvious he knew he'd been caught out. Just imagine what they will try to save on food wastage if the owner is blatantly prepared to do this.

When the food arrived the kebab was stone cold but the chips were hot?? Rang and ask to replace the kebab and they refused. The customer service was zero and they put the phone down. Don’t waste your money, order your food from somewhere else!!

Bad service took over an hour and a half for my order to be delivered. I placed my order at 20:12 i phoned to ask where my oreder was at 21:20 they said it was the next to be delivered it. I rang again at 21:45 as my food had still not arrived. They did not care when I phoned to complain and when I phoned for the second time they put the phone down on me. I will not be using them again.
