Seems harsh as the food is some of the best around. It really is but come on. I have ordered from you 5 times in a row. Once you were 2 hours late, once missing 3 items, once missing 2 items, then missing a pickle tray. Wow. How can you be so good and ruin it all. When you ring to complain they say we will knock it off next time. Well no that's not good enough. 2 hours for a 20 minute delivery I mean come on.

The food is amazing however the way the woman who took my order spoke to me on the phone was disgusting, she rushed my whole order and whilst I was confirming it with her she told me “to hurry up with your order as there is another caller waiting” very rudely, lo and behold some of the order was wrong as it wasn’t confirmed correctly and she spoke so fast trying to rush me on the phone it was impossible to hear what she was saying anyway. I was spending £50 on my order it wasn’t like it was a small order and to be spoken to like that I was pretty speechless and it’s put me off ordering again to be fair.

It was quick and easy to order. The food was of high quality and quantity. My favourite was the egg rice.

Had a delivery tonight and I had 3 popadoms which were all crushed into little pieces and as you can imagine wasn't the easiest to eat with my pickle tray!! Then we had our main course and we all had to leave our pilau rice as it was so salty and inedible! Really disappointed tonight as we have always found the food very good but I feel I have had to leave this review as I don't mind paying top prices as long as you get top food which tonight we certainly did not!!😠

Ok ... so I read the reviews good and bad ... but still decided to order, I usually go to Tara but wanted a change. I placed an order at 6:04pm and the lady that took my order said that our food would be with us within 55 minutes! After waiting an hour and 10 minutes our order arrived .... I paid the driver and unpacked the food ... to my disappointment it was short of 2 dishes and the pilau rice was burnt ... I called to complain of our short order only to be told I did not order one of them? Even though when she read my order back to me it was on there! They did sent the dishes but it was 20 mins after the first delivery, needless to say I will definitely stick with Tara from now on.
