Staff are fab, super friendly and really helpful! Best chicken burger I have EVER eaten!! The chips were amazing and the mozarella sticks were incredible! And to top it off, the Chocolate brownie was to die for! Very generous portion!! You will not leave hungry! Highly recommend this little gem! We WILL be back! Thank you! Xx

Really tasty, the milkshake was one of the best I've ever had! Didn't need the fries, but they were amazing. A little dark where we sat next to the door, but grateful to have been seated at all without booking. Hope to return next time I am this way.

Loved it here! Nice relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of room and great attentive staff. Food was outstanding, the mozzarella dippers are next level. Will definitely return. Bill was very reasonable too.Food: 5/5

Got to say I'm definetly middle of the road on this one, there was a few down sides for sure  The front door alone was very misleading wasnt sure at first if the main entrance Atmosphere was very loud not the place for families in my eyes. The milkshakes alone were mind blowingly good but don't get them before your meal unless you have a big appetite. Fries portions were great enough said. Burgers were great chicken was very over cooked in my eyes but edible.

I've visited The Woods for years now and I've yet to find a better place. The food is phenomenal, service always great. If you love decent food, burgers to die for and Parmesan Anderson fries they could be my 3 daily meals forever go here immediately.Food: 5/5

09/11/2021 @ 18:15 Very disappointed about The Woods. Not my first time... but definitely will be my last.  Went with my son to celebrate my birthday.  Menus written in red letters with white background difficult to read with ambience lights. Vegan and Vegetarian options are not mark properly. Service slow and confusing. Order "feeling cute lol" and I feel horrible with the burger that I was supposed to eat. The bun was so hard.... probably microwave the bun... the burger was burn not tasty at all and the parmesan chips they put the parmesan cheese in cold chips... Big mistake because didn't melt. My son order "dirty birdy" comes one big waffle almost the size of the plate with a tiny chicken piece and again a waffle very hard to eat. Before The Woods was a nice place with nice food. Not anymore. Not for me. My advice is avoid because you will pay and not get the quality vs ££

Love this burger place. Very tasty burgers, generous portions with the sides, good beers, cocktails and shakes - what’s not to like? It’s spacious and lively but not too noisy. There’s a bit of choice if you don’t eat meat but not much. But I had the vegan option both times and I would certainly go again!

Would definitely recommend coming here for double dates and just overall a good time, our server Lauren was amazing, relatable funny and could always have a laugh with, felt very looked after and the rest of the staff were fantastic as well all of them deserve a great bonus for sure!  Will definitely visit again to see them all and their Manager Lucas! 5 stars simply is not enough for the staff that night they need more.

Love it here,  the staff so friendly and the food excellent.  The downside not a fan of the plastic plates as they slide all over the table when trying to cut anything.  Also realised after we left got charged for the kids drinks which we were told was part of the meal.  Chicken sliders, chips and a drink for 14.00 for two. Got charged extra and didn't need the drink as we ordered milkshakes which are amazing.

Average food, expensive for what you get, untrained waiting staff but pleasant and polite. order arrived wrong despite not being busy, toilets filthy  paintwork dirty, dirty around floors etc
