We chose a lot of different dishes,beef ,chicken,prawn,noodles,the whole lot..arrived still nice and hot and very tastey.would definitely recommend. And definitely worth the price.

Weird tasting curry, lyk a bitter powering taste,, fried rice was plain,, there was more greasy oil in the chips than outside, and chop suey rolls were all bean shoots, wif only 4 bits of chicken, no other meats, would not recommend
Absolutely furious with the way we've been treated tonight from magic wok. When our food arrived after an hour and 15 mins it was missing an item and the food wasn't very warm. After a phone call to magic wok they said we could have a refund if we come through for it. After saying we would come for a refund the next day we then received a text saying we weren't getting a refund. After another phone call I was asked to send WhatsApp pictures. Even the lady on the phone couldn't understand why as that certainly would show whether the food was hot or cold. After further phone calls we were told as they couldn't tell if it was cold from the pictures we wouldn't be getting a refund at all. After using this takeaway for years I'm absolutely furious as they were implying that we were lying. I certainly won't be using Magic Wok again
Absolute disgrace… phoned before ordering to enquire about swapping an item and was told this was fine. After giving them my money via their website I receive a call to say they won’t do it and I have to wait a week for a refund! Then told I’m holding up the line when other customers are waiting. Good luck keeping the rest of your customer because you’ve just lost one. Staffs attitude was deplorable!!
They need to make there mind up. Last week we ordered a set meal and changed the fried rice to soft noodles, extra quid which is fair. Tonight we ordered the same meal and were told we couldn't change. Shame, the food is good but the customer service is nothing short of rubbish.
The best Chinese takeaway, it ticks all the boxes.. Food tastes fantastic, portion sizes are huge!, I order to pick up and take away...never an issue...Again its about taste and value for me....absolutley love this place...Ive been eating takeaways for years..THIS IS TOP DRAWER
Quality of food is good, shame about the appalling customer service. Can never get through on the phone and when you do, they put you straight on hold while you can here them taking other orders then they hang up. When questioned face to face about this there was no apology just a blantent lie. This would be a lovely establishment if they changed there attitude rather than being greedy taking numerous orders that they cannot keep up with. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
Got a house chilli and garlic with noodles and chips. The chicken, noodles and beef were a bit "slimey/greasy" but last time when we got special fried rice, chips and curry it was ALOT better! Although this meal was not the best i will be returning purely because of how nice my 1st meal was. Everywhere deserves a 2nd chanc.
Used magic wok for years but last 3/4 orders have taken 2 hrs for delivery, no offer of a refund, apology or anything else. Can never get through to them on the phone either. Will use tasty kitchen kitchen in future. Service is as important as food
