Have used Spicy China for over 2 years to be fair food has always been good ordered a meal tonight and meal was tasteless phoned to complain and was offered £3 off my next meal disgraceful meal cost £20 and was awful

Tonight 26th Feb 2022 is the 3rd time ordering in 6 weeks, and in all 3 times of ordering the order has been wrong. Typical Order . Gravy, Boiled Rice & Chips in a tray Chicken Chow Mein What we got on ALL 3 occasions was - Curry, Fried Rice & Chips in a tray When we ordered in takeaway we asked specifically for Gravy and a Boiled Rice and were assured by the server this is what we got. We got home only to find we did not get Gravy or Boiled Rice but Curry and Fried Rice. When you ring them to complain and let them know, they only offer a credit on next order - but that’s no good if you don’t like curry. Only when you have stamped your feet do they offer a replacement for the incorrect item, but you have to pick it up - meaning leaving the rest of the order to go cold. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TAKEAWAY

Best black bean sauce ever!! Been here loads of times and everything is always great, would definitely recommend
We ordered chicken curry, salt and pepper chicken, chips, fried rice & curry sauce. We got a free bag of prawn crackers too. I've had the same thing a couple of times now and it's been lovely every time. Proper chicken, big chunks of it with plenty of lovely vegetables. The curry sauce is mild but really tasty. Salt and pepper chicken is amazing from here too...one of the best I have had. I'm definitely a big fan of this place and will be back again!
Absolutely disgusting food, I ordered a beef curry, rice & chips... the beef or what was meant to be beef was nothing but fat & gristle & had a fowl taste to it, rice was very dry & the chips were like daggers! Waste of nearly £9 never again! Don’t waste your money. The whole lot went straight in the bin

Usually love this place but we found a long black hair in our seaweed and it turned my stomach! Food is lovely usually but I think it's put me off! I thought kitchen staff were supposed to wear hair nets!
