Allways order from here and foods normally great. Ordered tonight food still great piping hot, but I ordered a half pounder ultimate meal and got given a quarter. Rang up, they said no problem, were send a half out great stuff. But when it came, it was indeed another quarter pounder ‍ gave up and ate it anyway..
We always order from here regular. The wraps are usually ok apart from lately they would rather put more chips in than the meat. Our pizza tonight was terrible. Soggy base and not a lot of topping. My kids were very disappointed after a game of football. I think I'll stick with hetton delight. Sorry but they've went down hill. A lot!
Had a meal from here tonight could not eat it all stone cold rang told them to come and pick it back up but they have not I better get my money back
Having received a flyer/menu through our letterbox we decided to give these a go. However, I could not place an order on the website as they apparently do not deliver to my postcode, I live in DH4, same postcode as the shop. Geniuses.
Nice food and friendly staff. The only thing which I'd complain about is sometimes the chips are really greasy like they have been left in the oil or recooked or something. But apart from that it's lovely jubly.
Wanted to check your hygiene rating before reviewing I'm satisfied! I don't know how you make your parmos so addictive. Only ordered from here twice but will be making it regular. Even had your food delivered to my in laws for them cos I'd bragged so much. Just ordered a parmo for tonight, cant wait. Amazing chunky chips and pizzas too.
Just ordered from here for me and my daughter i requested delivery for 8.30.. had the bloke knocking at 7.30 good job i was in Opened good the chips were awful the pizza was nearly cold and the garlic? Well the garlic was nothing like garlic absolutely minging looked like out of date yoghurt and tasted like sour mayo!! Disgusting had paid £11 for us to eat 2 pieces of pizza! Never ever again will i be spending money here
Best pizzas and one of only unique and tasty 16” warps I have ever had in the UK. Very friendly and respectable people with 20 out of 10 service. I will be going there for food always and I will be ordering from there happily for my family always. Thank you.

Was eating my burger to find a piece of glass in it girlfriend rang to only to be given attitude and can here all of the workers discussing the issue with no privacy in the background also with no refund offered will not order from here again !!
