I have been waiting over two months for a repair of my laptop. Promises, promises, all broken, never returns calls never tells me when I can collect the pieces to get someone else to put it back together, shop is rarely open . Customer service is non-existent . I would never, ever recommend him.

I've been waiting over eight months for a refund on a faulty motherboard. Customer support is terrible and most of the time non existent. He won't chase his distributer for me without prompting and also refuses to provide me a number to call myself.
