Visited this salon for the first time today, at last I have found a stylist who not only listened and advised but actually cut my hair exactly as I had asked. I have had many compliments already,  thank you Mark, will definitely  be returning to  this friendly and relaxing salon, (Charlotte?  I’m not quite sure it that was her name) gave a fabulous head massage it was a real treat, thank you.

Always here for eyebrow and lash treatments. Totally recommend Sarah Lou. Patient and efficient. Tells me what I need to know not giving me the sales pitch. All hair styling staff are great too. Never had a negative experience. Salon is on a busy corner and it can be difficult to park there on popular days, but there are lots of side streets a short walk away.

I visited the salon for the first time today. All I can say is a massive 11 out of 10!!
My experience with Louise was superb. She introduced herself, listened to exactly what I wanted, showed me some images on the computer and then we talked about the colour and the cut.
She did a beautiful job and I didn't feel rushed at any point, just completely pampered.
Attention to detail within the salon is spot on. Even the magazines are top quality, brand new and in plastic covers!!
Staff are very professional and friendly. 
I had a lovely head massage, even the chair was a massage chair. The foot rest came up so that you were almost horizontal. This was a massive plus for me as it took the pressure off the small of my back.
This is a high end salon and I thoroughly enjoyed me experience at Macadamia hair spa.

What a gem,  such lovely staff and surroundings. Felt pampered and left with a smile on my face.  Would highly recommend Macadamia to anyone x

Busy. Book early. Great service. I recommend the coffee. And they do a decent haircut too.
