Went in last week with a picture of what I wanted done to my hair & the women was helpful & told me that it would be able to get it done , so done a skin test & booked me in for today so I went to my appointment & suddenly the man dealing with me said my hair was to dark & I couldn't get it done so as you would be I am extremely disappointed with the service & have now walked out with my hair the same
