Absolutely love my hair...as always! I would go as far to say Julia treats me as family! The owner Julia can't do enough for her clients....
HAHA i cannot believe the previous review I have just read. 'We had to listen to a monotonous conversation from the hair dresser about her ailments'... what a contradicting thing to say considering she says she is a nurse manager. Popping pills? Obviously hasn't heard of paracetamol. I hope to God my health doesn't fall into that woman's hands or anyone else for that matter. Total admiration for Julia attending work on that day even though she had a family bereavement that morning and had fallen ill with the flu. Most hairdressers would of cancelled all appointments. So don't worry Irene Smyth, you won't be welcome back to images and your recommendation about the staff is unwanted.

I had an appointment at Images at 3pm today for a cut and blow and foils. Iwas still there at 4.15 pm waiting to be attended to. there was one hairdresser and two clients, having a blow dry. She was going from one to the other. Someone else came in for her roots to be done. The hairdresser mixed the dye and applied it then went back to her other clients. Meanwhile I was still waiting. We had to listen to a monotonous conversation from the hairdresser about her ailments whilst constantly popping medication. A hot drink was not available as the milk was sour and reluctance shown at having to purchase more milk. Basil Fawlty moment springs to mind !!!!!! At  4.20pm I was still sitting there with not one hair on my head washed. I am a nurse manager and had an important meeting this evening and was not able to have hy hair done as planned. I can honestly say that I have such shoddy service. I certainly will not be going back and would never recommend images or the staff
