Booked tickets with ma travel and I can say it was quick and easy also they find the best possible flights for your needs. Very friendly staff to. They also provide cargo services along with money transfers would recommend to anyone.

Very keen group of people who will help you find the right deal if you have unusual requirements. They do also provide few other services like cargo and money transfer.

This is a horrible place. These guys know nothing about customer service. 

I got treated the same way I was treated last year; very poorly.

Last year I wanted to go back to Pakistan and wanted to find out the airfares. I went to MA Travels and found the person to be on phone, so I sat there and waited and waited and waited till 15 minutes had passed, at which point I got up and wanted to leave. This is when he put the phone on hold and asked me what I wanted. After telling him about my plans to visit Pakistan, he took my phone number and promised to call me back with all the details. And I did not get that call even after 2 days, so this time I called them to ask why I never got the details I wanted. They apologised and said they will call soon with all the details they promised again.. and again no call was made till the next day. This is when I decided I will go to another travel agent. I went to the one across the road where I was treated like a customer and I bought my ticket from there on the spot.

And this year I was treated the same. I called them today (27th October, around 1:20 pm) and asked them the airfares for Emirates airlines from Newcastle to Peshawar. The person on the phone asked a few questions regarding my stay and return date and then asked me to hold, and I waited and waited but they did not pick the phone up again. After more than 8 minutes of being on hold I cancelled the call.

These guys are horrible. If they treat their customer like this I can only imagine how poor their after sale service will be.

Please stay away from them and look for your tickets elsewhere.
