He has managed to do more for me than I could in 20 years. I didn’t know where to start but thanks to Mackenzie I am finely on the road to clearly my debt. Highly recommend.
I had trouble with Jacob’s recently and my mum recommended I called M1 debt solutions. Mackenzie dealt with my case and was absolutely amazing. He took his time to call me back and actually contact Jacob’s themselves. He told me what to do and made me feel so relieved when he made me aware of all the lies they tell to pressure you. He provided a solution to my problems with them and I have since been able to come to a reasonable arrangement with Jacob’s. I would never have been able to do this without Mackenzie’s help. Thank you so so much!
Contacted Mackenzie after an issue with Newlyn Bailiff. He initially promised to help and get the issue sorted. He made a few calls then said he would call me back later that day. Hadn't heard back by the next morning so called again, and he promised to call back within the hour. Still no reply by the end of the day. Called again the next day twice and left messages on his answer service. Over a week later I still have had no reply...
Brilliant service, My consultant Mckenzie was wonderful they go through what is affordable for you and no fee charged, fast and effective. Gave me peace of mind in the end my debt was all consolidated.
McKenzie was great Really put me at ease and sorted out all my debts within the hour, had a phone call the next day to set up my IVA Would highly recommend
Mackenzie has be absolutely brilliant. Couldn't wish for a nicer person to deal with my iva my future is looking bright now 5 star for this guy.
