Not the friendliest M&S.... There is only one member of staff that actually bothers to say 'hi'. Most just stare at you blankly. The manager obviously doesn't care, why should the staff. The layout is poor and it's generally a depressing store. I've stopped going there now. I imagine they get a few complaints there for one reason or another so another bad review is not going to make a difference... but you never know.... My job here is done.

Handy to have on the high street but the layout of the shop isn't great and the aisles are not very wide so can be hard getting round with a pram when it is busy. There is a decent selection of food, but needs more vegetarian offerings.

Brilliant! Easy to find everything and very helpful staff. Do not know what to criticise about this store.

Limited but reliable range here. Nice food. Staff are always very polite & helpful but unfortunately they are always really busy rushed off their feet; and, sometimes shelves are not stocked eg semi skimmed milk shelf is often bare or low when I visit.
