Like to shop at Waitrose. Regarding customer service on few occasions seemed to be kept waiting at tills while staff and customers in front have a conversation lasting a while.. I have to find another till. It would be better if customers could be served and not kept waiting waiting !!

Good selection of fresh food. Always well stocked. Helpful staff. Free carpark. Coffee as well what more do you need.
