Aleah from LV was incredibly unhelpful. Was becoming very irate on the phone call also talking over me. Was told the excess on repairs would be waived as it was a non fault claim. She even listened to the call I was making the claim on and it details that the excess would be waived. Very Unhelpful team. After speaking with Aleah as she was so unhelpful I asked to speak to a manager he was called Nathan, again very unhelpful. Will not be using LV again and will definitely be making sure all friends and family stay away from this sham of a company.

I totally understand it has little value or of interest to them, but they are adding to an already stressful experience.
If I could give zero stars I would. Stay clear of this insurance like you would the plague. Worst experience with insurers. They have had my car for 2 mths and counting. They never pick. I'm just passed frm pillar to post. They're a souless company who exploits the vulnerable and powerless. Countless mixups and no accountability I think financial ombudsman is the only way.
