This company is horrible to work with constantly ignoring evidence provided to buck up my claim and protecting my council for a motorcycle accident that they caused due to their negligence
***UPDATE****Absolute shambles of a company. Rude, unprofessional and liars. Graeme Meaken the guy dealing my claim is either clinically blind or just plain stupid. Evidence is right there to prove my claim but these people choose to ignore it. End result a £700 repair bill for me. I can see why the council's use this company because they refuse every claim and make it impossible to appeal meaning the council's get away with it. I hope this company goes bust and all of its employees end up on benefits. Pure scum. After 3 weeks of hell no pay out for my damages even with clear evidence of negligence from the council. Clear on the FOI 3 prior complaints before my claim on this piece of road. If you are reading this then you must be in the same situation as me my advice give up now these people are criminals and you have no chance of getting what you are owed.
Very poor , didn't seem interested in solving my problems
Slowest insurance company no way of contacting them and r when you leave you name number or even email them no one gets back to you absolute joke.
Can't get eny one to talk and get my inquiry sorted and get my composition sent to my bank from Caron primrose.
They don't call back or reply to emails!
Wouldn't even give them one star. Bloody useless people
