The whole experience of buying a car was absolutely fantastic. It was a pain free and easy process. This was my first car, so I was very apprehensive but Andy Jordan and Simon quickly eased that and they were delightful to work with. Andy explained everything thoroughly and if I had any questions he got back to me extremely quickly. He was very friendly. The team weren't pushy and didn't try to make me get anything I didn't want. They truly were delightful and made buying my first car a nice experience. I would definitely be back for any future cars. Absolutely no faults, would 100% recommend.
After months of looking, finally found a brilliant example of the car I wanted. Not only a great price, but everyone there was so friendly and helpful, not a high-pressure salesman in sight. Didn't think this level of traditional values and customer service still existed in the motor trade, but happy to find out it does.
Luscombe's is friendly, helpful and honest. They are not at all pushy and we felt comfortable dealing with them. They are efficient and well organised. Lucy and Sam were great on the sales process. James helped us set up the software in the new car and proved extremely knowledgeable. All round, it was an excellent experience.
An amazing experience. I arrived at the showroom to find it ver accessible for my wheelchair. I came to choose a mobility car. I spoke to Joe Plunkett and we discussed options, he was very knowledgeable and I decided on a Suzuki Swace. In the 3week wait needed adaptation Joe kept me up to date with phone calls and emails. I had the car delivered and the driver was lovely, even tried to figure out the hoist for me. Both Joe and the driver went above and beyond to make sure i got my car swiftly and ready to roll. Had a fabulous experience at Luscombe, Leeds from start to finish. Staff were really helpful and explained everything thoroughly, especially Joe Plunkett, who was really lovely, so friendly and very professional. Cannot fault the whole process
Totally blown away with the service I recieved here, Joe was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He showed us a few options to choose from and helped us choose the Suzuki Swace. Excellent choice Joe, I love it. I highly recommend Luscombe Suzuki and it's very friendly staff.
I can’t speak too highly of Luscombe and particularly Stuart who managed my purchase from start to finish. There was no pressure to buy, just a willingness to help, do research and give me the best deal possible based around my needs. He looked at all options on new and used vehicles. This was a distance purchase but I wasn’t disappointed when the car arrived. I had already received videos and detailed information about the delivery etc. it met all my expectations and more. will definitely buy again. They aren’t like any other dealership I’ve known. Completely honest and up front and if they say they will do something, they do it.
Our first time using Luscombe Suzuki. My son was looking for his first car and came across a used Clio at Luscombe’s. A few emails later and after viewing a personalised video of the car, we made an appointment to view. We were greeted by Laveta and after offers of refreshments we were shown the car. The Clio was very well presented and ready for our inspection. Laveta organised a test test drive, that went well. Laveta then made detailed notes of the service work that the car needed before we could collect. I must say Luscombe’s attention to detail was well beyond what I was expecting. Their pre delivery checks found a couple of points that we’d missed. By the time the car was picked up it was in superb running order and totally valeted. My son was thrilled with his new car. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but a special mention should go to Laveta who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She’s extremely charming and funny and made the whole process a joy. She kept us informed of progress throughout and was very professional too. I hope this won’t be the last time we do business with Luscombe Suzuki. Well done all, a great team! Cheers Tim & Chris
Took my car in for a service and came out having bought a new one. Joe was very helpful in finding the best car and deal, kept me informed along the way and everything was quick and smooth sailing!
