Based on one recent experience, I found the staff helpful and friendly however I recently hired a dehumidifier with an extremely confusing control knob which led to me thinking it had been working for a week when it hadn't been working at all and in addition it was only when I arrived on-site to plug it in the I realised it needed a transformer - which I was not told about. When I queried the operation of the control knob and asked why I wasn't told about it, received a very curt response from the owner "bring it back" basically 'end of' hardly the customer friendly, helpful approach that they promote.
