Ticket office provides an excellent service; friendly and patient staff always willing to help and find best travelling solutions for their passengers. We are lucky to have this facility at Ludlow station.
Trains always delayed also trains to small for the amount of people, needs better shelters on platforms
Town full of Tourists and London prices to go along with it... Food is expensive crap in a tray merchants and the indigenous backwater hills have eyes folk sit round and get wasted on cider all day
Used this train station on a family holiday. Is pretty much exactly what you expect from a small train station.nnAccessibility could be improved. The wheelchair accessible route was pretty steep and slightly overgrown if memory serves.
