Ordered at 5.40 pm told 1.5 hours for delivery, ok they are busy its a saturday night...arrived at 8.05pm .. refused order totally not acceptable food is ok  but not worth 2.5 hours wait... me and my 7 year old daughter made other arrangements to eat ...considering it is a Saturday night treat for us !  lucky star have failed a local and loyal customer...

Our delivery took a very unacceptable two and a half hours! Portion sizes very small, food cold and awful chips.  Won't be using again.

Had a delivery from Lucky Star for the first time on Thursday 18th November. Food was lovely and delivered within advised timescale. We ordered plenty of food for the 7 of us and spent just under £95, however we were a dish missing. We were not impressed with this and the only reason we did not complain on the night was what would have been the point......they weren't going to come out to Quainton again with 1 dish. Not sure if we will use again or recommend!!!!!!!!

Had a delivery order from Lucky star yesterday and was very pleased with both the delivery time to rural Buckingham, and quality flavour & size of the dishes. Absolutely steamin hot when it arrived too! Great value for money per dish. Service A+ from both the conversation placing the order to the delivery driver. Recommended over all the  ££ pickup only local alternatives.

I spent £6.20 on a house special fried rice never in my life have i been so disapointed..... so where do i start over half was rice with one prawn two bits of chicken and loads of beef but the beef you couldnt even chew it and the hard bits in it i dont even want to try work out what they are. It maybe had one spoon full of whatever sauce they use but it was so dry. Worst chinese ever!!!!

Delicious food, great service. I would advise picking up rather than waiting for delivery. That way you won't risk getting cold food!

We have just spent over £100 on a delivered order and while most of the food was ok  the sweet and sour pork was inedible and was given to the dog. I have never had pork where you could not even bite through it

Late and cold.  Delivery bloke couldn't find house.  He said that if he'd have walked up to the house to check the name, someone would have called the police.  Then he told me off for having same car as neighbour.  One of the less than one inch spare ribs appeared to have been eaten. Bleugh.

Tasty food, good portion sizes and good quality food. - 1star for delivery delay 35 mins late

Just reopened a few months ago. Do need take more time to improve  ourself.Move  from twyford  to steeple  claydon. Do our best to serve best food for you.be patient for delivery.coz it is quite  hard to find where  u are in this area. X
