I had a interesting experience, I am a Registered Bind Guide Dog user, not only did the owner refuse access, he also treated us with contempt . As a result we have not only had to contact the police to report a Disabled Hate Crime  but we are also waiting to hear from Trading Standards.  
I hope other disabled dog users read this and share their experiences.
