Ordered a Singapore fried rice with some other bits but the fried rice was absolutely sensational, very good and solid Chinese never disappoints! Full and packed with flavours! Yummy!Food: 5/5
Never had a bad experience with Lucky House, been eating from here for years. Lovely staff, lovely food. Always accommodating if we want to change a dish a little bit. Couldn't recommend more Food: 5/5

Excellent staff and fantastic food. I've been ordering food from here for over 2 years now and can safely say I've never had one bad meal, ok I may only order salt and pepper chips or chicken balls, but they've been consistent every time. This is the only Chinese I'll use in Shirley.
That's what you call a brilliant customer service. The lady remembered orders of at least 3 of the regulars. She has explained without problem what the dishes are. Constantly having smile on her face, which felt genuine. Food came really quick. It sent so nice in the car on the way home. It also tasted really good. I would recommend. Be advised, it's cash only.
Been here twice, once a year ago and then recently. Great customer service however the food seemed very bland on both occasions. Fried rice was kind of mushy and tastless as was the curry. The curry wasn't swimming with oil though compared to other takeaways.
What a disappointment... this used to be our favourite Chinese. Haven’t had a Lucky House in a few years and now I remember why. The food is overpriced and extremely bland. We ordered a beef chow mein and a chicken chow mein. Both hugely lacked flavour and had chewy meat. Ordered ribs and received little chunks of meat chopped up - average flavour and poor quality. The black bean sauce was gooey, clumpy and tasted of nothing. Not great especially considering the prices they are charging. Rang up to say I wasn't happy with the food and got hung up on. Rang again and I was told to bring in the food for a refund. Brought the food in to which the lady became angry and aggressive towards me. She refused a refund and told me I was lying about the issues I had with the food despite me bringing it in to her. After a bit of back and forthing she refunded 1/3 of my £40 order. Shocking service...
