As a life long Silhillian I've tried most of the Chinese takeaways in the area. We've only recently moved to this one and I have no problem in saying that in my view it's the best one. The owner/manager always greets people in a highly enthusiastic and friendly manner, almost like a friend he hasn't seen in a while. He makes a fuss of any kids giving them a free fortune cookie, and even asking if they have a brother or sister they can take one home to. In terms of customer service and experience, this place is unrivalled amongst its peers. The best part for me though, is that they are highly accommodating to allergies. My wife has an allergy to soy and when I went there for the first time I asked what dishes they could do soy free and he simply said, tell me what you want and I'll make it soy free. This was a total shock as at previous places they'd simply give me a choice of a handful of dishes that didn't contain it. As a huge fan of Chinese food my wife is over the moon that she's finally found somewhere that's enabled her to enjoy her favourite dishes again. It makes me wonder why more places weren't willing to do the same thing. On top of this the food is on par with the best I've had at a handful of previous favourite takeaway spots. Either way we're customers for life now and won't be going anywhere else.
Best Chinese takeaway around Solihull area by a mile, trust me I’ve tried most of them! Some highlights Singapore Chow Mein yum, chicken curry egg fried rice, the curry sauce is fantastic & also with chips dip in! Beef Satay & special treat Fillet Steak with Pepper Sauce xFood: 5/5
Been there a few times. Twice I've had to leave before getting the food i pre-ordered due to waiting so long I lost interest 20mins after the time I'd been told it would be ready The guy running the place is usually running around in a panic and screaming at the kitchen staff. I won't be going back.Food: 2/5

This was a birthday treat, but at the same time disappointing,.it was obvious once the food was tasted that there had been a new owner/management put in place! Everything just tasted different to before, bland and lacking in seasoning, sorry but we won't be returning.Food: 3/5
It's hard to rate a Chinese take-away on atmosphere?..but they were friendly enough so 2 stars there & the service was speedy too...food fairly typical & not badFood: 3/5
Easily my favourite oriental takeaway. Staff are always helpful and friendly, the owner in particular is very customer focused. I've never had a bad meal from this place, and I recommend the Singapore style dishes! Normally very quick about delivery and on the few occasions that I've collected the food, staff are always diligent but friendly and the inside appears clean and we'll presented. Keep it up guys! Number 404, I've been honest but really nice about you, throw in some of that spicy crispy shredded beef ;-
The best Chinese takeaway I have ever had, nowhere else compares! Always great food and really friendly staff. Won’t bother with any other restaurants as they are just never as good.
