Windows look worse smeared. Trailer not washed properly underrun bars still filthy mud guards and wheels still filthy. All other Truck washes use rinse aid. Trailer not washed with brush just spray. Needs to be better
Booked in and waited. And waited. And when the lads finally got themselves off fantasy football I asked if they would give the insides of my doors a clean A quid, mate, quid a door so thats two quid, mate. So thats a no from me! Its not even their water or soap! Same bad attitude here as Whitwood.
Same happened to me Tim Smith. Only stopped for less than 2 mins to take a call regarding my 'O' Licence. I got a tirade of verbal abuse, and threatening behaviour. Called their office, but bugger all was done about it. Now I am running 5 trucks, that need a regular wash. But it's not done at LPW.
Very poor quality of a washed truck, when I asked an employee to clean up a dirty part of my cab outside because It was unwashed exactly so he wanted £ 1 extra payment when I had already paid for the truck wash…
Very friendly bunch of guys
Ive been to the wash loads of times and there's always to poor lads sitting in the hut waiting for a colleague to get back from where ever he has gone! But overall a couple of good lads!
Very good wash, until I asked to wash the cab steps and behind the door, Ohh that will be an extra £1 please, cash, ... Xmas must be on its way then.
Pulled up short of their bay for a two minute stop to grab a coffee, well clear of their entrance and was subjected to a barrage of shouting and abuse from the child that appeared to be in charge. A call to head office generated little response, the phone being put down. Will not use this site.
A great service from a lovely bunch of guys. A credit to their employers. Many thanks.
