Excellent service, very friendly and always helpful. Having tried several IMO washes in various parts of the country, this one stands out as being very good. The only problem I could see with this place is that their capacity is a little limited, if they’re already valeting a car then you just get a single person manning the wash and a queue can build up. That said, they’re always willing to make an effort.

I wish I could give 0 stars, but I can't. DO NOT use this place for interior cleaning, or if you decide to use it, DO NOT leave things inside your car. Their workers are a bunch of thieves who steal semi-valuable items and then act as if they don't understand or didn't take anything.

One of my parents washed their car there today, interior and exterior clean and they stole a rather valuable flashlight and some micro fiber cloths (who cares about the latter?) Then they acted like they didn't know about any flashlight and eventually gave it up.

NEVER going there again, even if it's the last open shop in the world.

While the gentleman who runs this site is very friendly, I have noticed on the last few visits that this automated car wash is set to take cars through far too quickly such that you're lucky if the car is anywhere near dry when it comes out the other end.

Been using this car wash for a few years. It used to be great but just recently it has started to smell very rotten and the water has become very dirty (recycled water?). My car used to come out the other side shiny, but yesterday it was as if the dirt had been sprayed back on. I also had my car valeted a few weeks ago and the insides of the windows were left smudged and they used some kind of liquid wax from what looked like a fairy bottle, squeezed it around the car and then just wiped it off. Will be going somewhere else now. Shame.

EDIT: I went there again to give it a chance today 24/02/18 and there was a new guy rushing everyone through and barely even cleaning the car. Look at my pics, filthy right after the wash.

I used this car wash a few times, but the last couple of visits have been rubbish! For the price I expected the car to be clean and dry however the car is still dirty in areas not reached and soap suds all along the door! Customer service needs a revamp. Needless to say I'm not the only customer to receive this treatment. I will not be returning and taking by custom else where!
