Very pleased with the service provided by LPS  Ben was very knowledgeable about his job, gives hints and tips to keep your boiler in tip top condition. Problems are sorvled quickly and efficiently. They ring when they say they will and turn up on time too!

Bad news, jackdaws nesting in chimney (dangerous for monoxide fumes) dealt with promptly and advice given for fitting cowl and chimney sweeping, great service by sweep and competitive price,satisfied customer.

Arrived to do quote for boiler as arranged, good price, deposit paid and installed following week. I called my bank and was told 7 day notice to transfer from savings, i hadn't realised it would take that long. I called to imform Lps and say i would pay it in 7 days in full, and would that be ok. The woman on the phone was very rude saying "well it will have to be, we have already waited a week, we already had to pay for it" the tone and way she said it was horrible. As soon as i hung up i called my bank and paid a charge for immidiate transfere and paid it. I try to use local buisnesses were possible, but will not use them again
