This is the second time we have used Direct Heating for an installation and also have had many years of boiler service. Excellent job. First visit sorted our requirements, and very acceptable quotation arrived next day. Job started a few days later, and only took 3 days. Staff excellent, prompt and considerate. Little noise or mess. We are delighted with our new boiler and should save pounds compared to before. No hesitation in recommending this Company.

Direct Heating Installations Ltd installed a new boiler for us, including a new thermostat, flush of the system and bringing the pipework up to current building regulations.  They were quick and helpful when providing a quote and answered all of our questions.  On the day, they turned up on time and started work immediately and worked hard all day.  The installers were polite, friendly and explained what they were doing.  Everything was left neat and tidy and they checked I was happy before leaving.  I appreciated the follow up call to check we were happy.  I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you!
