Worst place on the planet. The front staff stole my alcohol which was in my bag the guy at the front door after 1am, who should surely be retired by now, said oh it's not here must have gone missing. Yeah with your staff mate. Honestly if you want all your stuff stolen and staff who will never help you, sure go ahead. But this is hell. I will never go back. They are thieves, it's disgusting. Please stay away!!! No air con, no clean toilets, no staff who actually help. It's a horrible disgusting place. Plus very much a under cover drug den..

This is basically a club for daddies and mummies i.e. those in 40s and 50s. I reluctantly went there with my friend as she wanted to do a bit more cubbing after Soho but ended up the disaster. Looks like the crowd is old and dull and some of them quite creepy. Maybe fun place if you're wasted enough but I doubt if it's really worth the basic charge and annoyance you get from the snobbish entrance person who behaves as if this is a super pop club when it's just subpar. Why do you even go clubbing in West Hampstead? Are you that desperate? Just go to the city, really.
Good lounge not the best in town but for night out in Westhampsted is decent . Music is good
Went to end a fun night. Forgot my coat after dancing for about 2 hrs. Came back a week later, and they couldn't have been nicer. Coat in cloakroom, they just too happy to give it back to me. Super nice people.
The bar Staff are amazing and the owner is supper friendly. The drinks are top notch and the Dj shown is on point. The place has cool vibes. I also love their bouncer Mr J, he such a cool guy..
Friendly staff but that doesn’t mean 15 quid for entry were not wasted. Spent inside in total under 10 minutes - queuing for a drink and had to get out since their card reader broke, it was perhaps 30+ degrees too and smelt of sweat lol. What a place
Management is very rude and arrogant, this place is a dive... small shabeem... and very dodgy characters... not sure how this place is in west hampstead... this place is definitely not worth visiting... better places close by.Food: 1/5
It was the most horrible experience I had. I would't recommend this place to anyone!f is the only place open in the night better go home! Horrible venue, very expensive and really rood staff. Me and partner were coming from a pub in the same area and we were having fun. Already the security stopped us asking ID which is normal and when we gave him he just took them and disappeared for 5 minutes. We don't know what he did but we found it very dodgy. When finally gave us back the ID invited us to go downstairs and enjoy our night but as soon as we arrived there again, another security woman, Veronica, came yelling on us and touching my partner and she told us literally "when i say you have to wait for me you must wait for me" we were totally confused because we didn't know what she wanted so we asked to speak with the manager. She introduced us Georgina, the manager, and she was incapable in her duty. She pretend to be kind but she was clearly kidding us and she didn't care at all if her team was rood with us. The venue is as well very ugly and very far away from the nice bars and restaurants located in west Hampstead. The prices are crazy and they charge a double like two single. We spent 25 pounds for a double whiskey and double vodka and cranberry juice and the bartender showed all her impatience when we asked to check the bill moving her harms in a really rood way. they were totally unfriendly and we had literally run away after a drink. So if you want enjoy your night in west hampstead or organise party don't go there if you don't want to have really bad surprises!
