Absolutely fantastic service from Lovelo! I was working as the support driver for a charity bike ride when a rider broke a spoke and bent his wheel. I brought his wheel to the shop in a bit of a rush hoping just to buy a new spoke but the staff installed it and trued the wheel within 10 mins of me walking through the door! Thanks so much, highly recommended! My clients were extremely impressed I'd managed to get it repaired between water stops on their ride too!

I had a bike fitting with Doug, who was very helpful and had great knowledge and experience.  He explained what was happening all the way along and I felt very comfortable.  Even after the first bike fit, Doug was very happy for me to return to make minor adjustments.  I received 5 star service and would recommend Doug and his team to you for any of you cycling needs.

This place sums up why people should still use their local bike shop. Today, they sorted out a non-shifting front derailleur which conked out mid ride. No fuss, no problem, no charge, and back on the road in 5 minutes. They've sorted out similar small problems before at short notice, and the work is always done well. Moreover, they're friendly, knowledgeable, and you get the sense they take pride in a job well done.

After a major failure whilst attempting to circumnavigate the Isle of Wight crank seized at the weekend, I dropped the bike in first thing thing on Tuesday and by the afternoon it was fixed - new Campag crank bearings fitted.  Outstanding service and, without hesitation, I recommend this LBS.
