Ordered Bosch Powerpack 500Whr battery on a Wednesday at 11pm, it arrived before 10am on Friday using free delivery option DPD. The quality of the packaging was exceptional! There is no doubt this is a 100% genuine Bosch battery. Highly recommended.
A local Hemel bike shop is taking over two weeks to replace my Bosch e-bike battery. In desperation to get back on the road, I e-mailed Allan to see if he could help. Even without having the 625wh battery in stock, he sourced me a new battery in less than a week why cant the bike shop do the same???. I also purchased a 6AMP charger at the same time; it works like a charm. Great price and fantastic service.
Spot on. Spoke to a really helpful gentleman who confirmed stock. Ordered my Bosch 500W battery. Weren't too sure if its going to be brand new or am I going to get ripped off. Came, Well packed brand spanker. And He threw in some stickers to match my bike. Very impressed. Thank you :
