I have recently purchased my lovely new house, through Lovelle Barton Upon Humber. Sophie, from this Estate Agency, helped me with everything and this 5 star rating is to thank her and the team for such great work. I was kept fully up to date with everything throughout the whole process and she was always very quick to respond to any questions i had. Moving house can be a little bit daunting and i really am amateur when it comes to this experience i had to Google certain things mentioned in Solicitor's paperwork etc but having a friendly and knowledgable person involved, really is invaluable. Thank you very, very much :
A massive thank you to The Team at Lovelle Barton Upon Humber for going above and beyond at every stage of our house move process. A huge shout out to Sophie who's communication and constant help was invaluable and made a stressful process where solicitors, surveyors and others were extremely difficult to deal with. She helped push through our onward sale which was a private sale and they were getting no income from at a time when we had critical dates to work to and without them I have no idea where we would have ended up. Always replying to emails promptly and giving continual upadtes when others in the process made life incredibly difficult. We cannot thank them enough or recommend them more highly. A wonderful team.
I have been in my beautiful cottage for 2 months now what can I say about the team at Lovell?! Fantastic, professional, extremely helpful not just with my move but aftercare. I would certainly use them again - hopefully won’t have to as the team have made my dreams of a forever House come true! - and I would recommend them to friends and family.
The service Lovelle at Barton provide is faultless. Having recently bought a hose through them they kept me informed every step of the way with regular updates from Sophie. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
I would like to say what a professional company Lovelle's is, from Steve who first showed us around our new house to the girls in the office, but especially Sophie. I wasn't even their customer, I was actually buying from their client but Sophie kept us very much updated and did a massive amount of chasing to keep our purchase on track unlike our own solicitor, I honestly don't think we would have completed without her. Great friendly service from the whole team, even with the ups and downs of buying a new property during the current climate they helped massively and can't fault Lovelles at all. WOW WOW. Recently completed the selling of are property and my honest a pinion they are the best in the area to sell your home. I tried selling with 2 other agents before I chose Lovelle estate agents but was getting no where fast and was difficult to communicate with those estate agents. From the start of using Lovelle you can feel the different's straight away that this is more how it should be selling your home and with there great team at Barton upon Humber I can vouch they are amazing and each member are willing and professional to help and guide you all the way from start to finish and had people waiting to view are property. Lovelle's went above and beyond in a recent house sale. Highly recommended. Sophie was brilliant.
Lovelle at Barton were the selling agent for the property we finally settled on and they could not have been more helpful in bringing the transaction to a successful conclusion. Because we were buying an empty property we relied on the agent to make the property accessible to tradesmen assessing work we wanted undertaking. In this respect Sophie, the progress chaser, exceeded our expectations and responded cheerfully and promptly to all our requests. Whilst the review is written from the perspective of a purchaser, all the staff we came into contact with were professional and friendly and I would expect the same quality of service in selling a property.
