I had a maintenance issue with the property I rent but it was handled very quickly and efficiently by Courtney. She was lovely to speak to. It makes me nervous when something breaks in a rented property because you have to rely on other people to sort it out for you but Courtney genuinely cared, understood and dealt with it quickly. Hopefully I won't have to call again with any other maintenance issues but if I do, I have a lot of confidence in the maintenance team so thank you! P. S. She sounds pretty
Lime have managed a small portfolio for us for nearly 5 years. It’s an investment but it yields 10%+ and we’ve had great advice on what to buy and rent ability. Service excellent, management excellent, communication excellent - in fact, a particular feature is that Lime personnel seem more than happy to respond in a friendly way and, often, out of hours. In this regard particular mention and thanks to Kim and Beki for all their advice, help and friendly disposition. Very happy to endorse Lime
Lime Property are very professional. During my recent house move, they handled the house visits of future tenants in a very friendly manner, provided all the necessary information in straightforward manner, including the return of my deposit. They're friendly and reliable people and I'd recommend their services.
In Lime Property, you would not regret staying. It accommodates well its tenants and the house is really conducive and clean with complete facilities. It’s also worth the rental fee. The staff including Beki Thompson and Mark are friendly and supportive. Thank you for this opportunity to stay in Lime Property not to mention Anchor House.
We have just bought our first home through Lime property. Would like to personally thank Lauren who dealt with our house purchase she was helpful, informative and extremely responsive throughout ensuring our purchase was smooth sailing. This week I had a maintenance issue, they fixed it next day and did not think that they will sort it out so quickly. Lime property team is very friendly and always helpful. I wish them very best of luck.

Has a system to keep deposits. Avoid even checking out properties, time waste and they don't listen to you. They've put down that we've been "dishonest" in our application about our debt, but I've checked through emails and phone recordings.. They're covering up their mistake. Probably by their standards they should've never progressed us to deposit and application, but mistakes are made and they found a way to throw us out the window AND keep the deposit. Funny how they need it more, but I guess I'll be in debt for £173 more, oh well.
