As always fresh cooked to order, beautifully crispy and fluffy chips and the fish plaice was completely melt in the mouth, perfectly cooked, lovely crispy batter and probably the freshest tasting fish I've had in years. Yet to have an average quality meal from here, always excellent or better!! So lucky to be close enough to be a frequent if not regular visitor.
My daughters and I have just had the best fish and chip supper we have had in ages. Beautiful cod, beautifully cooked. Lovely chips and a huge helping. Went for large fish expecting a reduced portion size, but large really did mean large. Thank you so much we really enjoyed it.
Our new favourite!!!!! Just perfect! We had Cod and sausage, both were delicious and the chips were full of flavour too. We also loved the curry sauce. Thanks Louis, we’ll be back soon!!

You will not find better, Louis has been a staple in Bexhill for as long as I can remember. Never had a bad meal, always perfectly cooked, always hot.
Sadly this was not a good experience for me. Chips were just ok but fish was dreadful. Cod was dry and no more than 10mm thick at best. Batter was tough and greasy. Obviously overcooked.
Just wow! Food was fantastic was visiting from Norfolk and will be back again. Food was hot and quick. Not greasy in anyway. Best chips I have tasted in a while.

Very good service. We were told that the waiting time for fish and chips would be 15 minutes and the food was cooked fresh. It was. The meal was hot, the fish was cooked to perfection and the chips were crispy. Enjoyed every mouthful.
