Always found staff very helpful..imagine please if you were public facing all day and had to deal with some really dreadful rude obnoxious people..I seen how the staff have to deal with very challenging behaviours of Mr Joe public. ..

This station is just so welcoming, all the staff I have come across this morning are so lovely, and friendly. I have to name one member in particular, I think her name is Abbey, she has such a friendly yet professional outstanding approach she should be recognised on a poster, her people skills are absolutely brilliant Thank you so much for taking care of me

Collected my lad from station on Saturday morning I was a bit early, train was late so parked in long stay was just over 1 hour. I was charged £7. What an utter rip off. Why do you fleece people like that? Guess it’s because you can and nobody can do anything about it.

Station fine but very poorly designed pick up/drop off. There are often cars parked all along both sides the skinny road and often on the tiny roundabout at the end where you're meant to U-turn. Taxis often pull out in front of you on said roundabout even though they should give way to the right. Planners obviously want the max paid parking for max profits, but it makes for difficult and sometimes unsafe drop offs (I've seen a few near misses). A disproportionate amount of space is given to taxis and buses compared to passengers being dropped/collected.

Good transport system,shop's. Nice city center and good old fashion street market, and many more too much to mention.
