The lovely people at the Beacon Bingo have helped my friend and I when our car broke down in their car park. They were patient with us whilst we called the AA and waited for them to attempt to fix the car. Thank you for your help. x

I'm absolutely disgusted I rang u yesterday to enquire whether u were still running the bus from Coalville on a Saturday night to be told yes it's a permanent thing now. I went to catch the bus yesterday evening and sat in the cold for over half an hour for it not to arrive. I rang and spoke to a member of your staff who said it had stopped after the first week as it was not being used. She also stated all staff knew. Even more annoying I rang the Saturday before to askiss and was told yes it was running but I did not use or that week. As well as being very cold and very annoyed the staff member I spoke to staTed she would ask the manager to ring me back yesterday evening and he did not Very poor customer service, shocking service by staff giving me wrong information and promises never completed I shall not be returning n wI'll not be recommending u to others who want to go to bingo whilst there is no club in coalville

Hi all this was our first time today a fabulous day out  and  fabulous food on hand  and drinks and the customer care was  fabulous and the help and support was the best i seen thank you for a fabulous day best reguards gillian

Staff helpful, enjoyable experience and nice atmosphere. Food was good and we all went away having had a lovely evening.

Don't use the car park. I put my registration number in and still got a. £100 fine. Will never go back not worth it! !!!

a great place to go for breakfast bingo you get breakfast and bingo include for 5 pounds which is good and afternoon free or pay it a ok place to have fun staff very helpful towards customers

i love it at beacon the staff very friendly and the people there it  nice and relaxing i always have a good day every time i visited the club

I like beacon bingo very much. Staff are very good, and there is a pleasant atmosphere, which is even better if you win.
