The first time we've ordered from them there was a hair on the pizza. We have ordered from them again today and the pizza was half burnt from bottom as per photos attached. All you could taste was the burnt base! Spoke to the owner to raise my concerns, he was very rude and kept denying that it was their fault. I would never ever order from them again as I've had very bad experience both times!

Good fish and chips even went back for another bag
Really Sorry, but for £12.50 delivered I expected the chips to be fresh and not reheated, hard and mostly inedible and the steak and kidney pie was also so hard inside and out you could knock nails in with it!! it looked like it had been nuked!! Definitely inedible! I rang and was told to bring them back and they would replace them! Surely they shouldn’t have left there like that in the first place??
Been here twice, 1st time fish was rock hard, must of been re-fried 3 times so binned it.. and then 2nd time I went I ordered chips only.. I asked the guy are these fresh chips he said yes and asked me to try 1 and guess what they were brown and re-fried. I walked off and you wonder why the shop is always empty.. the old owner knew how to run the shop, the current owner hasn't a clue to decent fresh food.
First and last time here... Ordered fish and chips and it was stale and smelt not so good and don't know what the mushy peas was made from never seen a shade of dark green like that before.... will try somewhere else next time I fancy fish and chips

Not the greatest munch. But worth a try if your are really hungry and local. If not don’t go out if your way to come here.. There are better fish n chips for sure
After ordering on just eat . We received our order after nearly an hour . The food was over cooked and the chips wilted and dark brown . Inedible to say the very least . When calling them to deal with it all they could say was they had no other complaints and that it must be a bad batch of chips . This has left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we would not recommend or return .
Always good food. We've been ordering from here through Just Eat for a while for our regular family takeaway. The jumbo sausages are lovely, and it's good to have different options e.g. breakfasts, pizzas, etc. along with the traditional fish and chips, sausages, and children's meals. Had one occasion when an order got cancelled which I think was because they'd run out of something, but there was no contact so I don't know and ended up ordering from elsewhere. And the menu is not the easiest to navigate as many things are not where you might expect. Otherwise, they always turn up close to the estimated delivery time, with food still hot and tasty.
