Staff is very helpful . Train station can be really deserted at night time so be careful if travelling alone

A good sized car park adjacent to the railway station. Nowhere near as expensive as some station car parks can be. I've never seen it completely full. The loos are very basic indeed and there are no catering facilities. There are though one or two businesses within a five minute walk from whom a coffee and snack can be purchased.

Couldn't find a change machine for car park ticket and you can't pay by card. Why can't you pay contactless?
