Since when has this been a payment parking area?....Ive been parking there for a few years now, never had to pay previously...no notices around informing you that you need to pay...hence a parking fine of £45 to £90 !!!!
I would give this zero stars but cant post it without a star rating !!!!

They do not inform that you need to pay for parking, as a result - £90 penalty.
