Completely useless. Waiting time for appointments couple months. Staff regularly hangs up phone on patients mid conversation. Staff failing to issue repeat prescriptions. Medical issues will be ignored, ridiculed and gaslit. Staff diagnosing patients via Google search. Staff regularly lies about actions they took.nIf I could my rating would be in double negatives.
There are no words to describe how shockingly substandard this place is, even by NHS standards. Mishandle patient information, GDPR breaches, abuse of access to personal information for spam advertisintg. It is literally a joke! Agree with other reviews, double negative is the best deserved as they continue to go from atrocious to somehow worse, let alone the minimum 1 I have to give in order to post this warning to others. Now cue the copy/paste response asking to email details to their support email so they can ignore that along with all attempts by patients to contact them...
Past year i have not been able to get an appointment. Nor matter how emergent my problem is. The surgery always say they don’t have any appointments to call 111 or go to Putnoe medical centre. Even if I call Monday first thing in the morning. They always say they have no appointments. This is the worse surgery in Bedford. Don’t even help. Really really disappointed.
Only see bad reviews on here, But staff ALWAYS do their best to help and always get a appointment when I need one. My prescriptions are always done on time with no hassle. Only thing is if you don't get through at 8am you won't get a appointment on that day.
Shockingly bad service. They do not respond to online messages and if you try to call you are waiting for hours at a time!nI have been trying to get a response to a question for 5 days not matter when or how I try to contact the surgery I get no response! I am now going to have to take time off work and go into the surgery to answer a simple question….the inefficient service that is being given by London Road Surgery is further damaging their reputation and wasting my time!
