Today my wife's Doctor called and told her to go for an urgent blood test today as they have spotted something on one she had done last week. We called at the Doctors to get a blood test form and were sent to a local surgery, when we got there we were told the blood test department had closed and were directed to the Florence Nightingale hospital, we got there and was told they couldn't fit her in, HOW ON EARTH CAN YOU NOT FIT A 2 MINUTE PROCEDURE IN MARKED URGENT HAVING BEING TOLD BY A GP TO GET IT DONE, absolutely appalling
The clinic & people were nice, but I was there 9.30.a.m. until 3.45.pm.nI spent 6 hours 15 minutes waiting for transport home.
